ME WHO?
- Toby Welch
- I am currently pastor at the Deaf Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas and teach ASL to homeschool students in the Houston area. I am also currently in the teacher preparation program at Lamar University. My passion is to teach ASL and the concept of Deafhood. I have been married to my wonderful wife, Vicki, for 13 1/2 years.

I agreed! My husband picked up ASL fast when he went to Gallaudet. Hearing ASL students went to a camp for 4 days without using voice. They improved ASL alot. :0)
